Funkshion Fashion Week Miami Beach is a bi-annual event featuring international designers in sophisticated venues. In fall 2009, Mochee began social media outreach for Funkshion and its surrounding events. In addition to providing content and promotion before the fashion shows giving spectators information on designers and venues, Mochee updated with live content during all shows. Mochee conceptualized using large flat screen TV’s throughout the venues showing tweets from anyone using the specified hashtag (#funkshion). This provided an interactive experience for attendees and designers. The live tweet feed also was featured on giving those not in attendance the option to follow the event.
